Job description summary: We are seeking for a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join our team at The Harper Hotel. As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for overseeing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation. You'll be working alongside Executive Chef Jack Gosling, whose culinary journey has taken him from local Norfolk establishments to the two Michelin-starred Spectrum in Amsterdam. Jack brings a unique perspective that blends his deep local roots with world-class international experience, championing an approach to cooking that celebrates Norfolk's incredible seasonal bounty. Key responsibilities: Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to standardised spec and recipes. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain clean and organised work environment. Adapt to changing customer demands and specific dietary requirements. Oversee a specific section of the kitchen, such as grill, pastry etc Requirements: Experience as a Chef de Partie or a similar role in a hotel or fine dining restuarnt. Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients and kitchen equipment. Ability to work under pressure. Attention to details. Flexible to work evenings, weekend and holidays as required.
