What You’ll Be Doing
Leading the entire food operation across two standout London sites
Driving innovation across retail dining, hospitality, staff food, and events
Inspiring and developing ambitious kitchen teams through hands-on leadership
Delivering exceptional food experiences—from daily service to VIP functions
Working closely with General Managers and stakeholders to elevate standards
Owning financial performance including GP, labour, costing, and efficiencies
Maintaining impeccable food safety and operational compliance
What We’re Looking For
A proven Head Chef or Executive Chef from hotels, events, or high-volume hospitality
Strong experience across multiple food offers—restaurant, banqueting, hospitality, events
Excellent culinary craft with an obsession for quality and consistency
Commercially savvy with strong financial awareness
A natural leader with presence, energy, and the ability to motivate teams
Flexible and adaptable—comfortable supporting evening and weekend events
