This role gives you direct experience supporting children with additional needs, ideal if you’re considering educational psychology, therapy, or teaching.
Hours: 8:30am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday
Contract: Term-time only
What your day will look like:
• Supporting children with SEND in a structured classroom environment
• Observing behaviour and applying strategies to support regulation
• Working 1:1 with pupils who need additional guidance
• Helping children engage with learning and social interaction
• Supporting emotional wellbeing and confidence building
• Collaborating with teachers and SENCOs
What you’ll bring:
• A degree in Psychology or related field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Patience and emotional intelligence
• A genuine interest in child development and SEND
