Working closely with the senior leadership team, you'll shape the future of the Scottish business, maximising growth opportunities, building long-term client partnerships, and ensuring exceptional service delivery across a varied customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
· Take ownership of the Scottish operation, driving revenue growth, cost control, and overall business performance
· Act as a key contact for regional clients, fostering strong partnerships and encouraging repeat business
· Identify and secure new commercial opportunities to support long-term growth and success
· Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and smooth service delivery
· Build and maintain supplier relationships while negotiating value-driven agreements
· Lead, motivate, and develop the local team, embedding a positive culture and high-performance mindset
· Ensure all activities meet the required standards in health, safety, and compliance
· Work closely with the wider leadership team across the UK to align objectives, share knowledge, and drive continuous improvement
