The role will include handling warm leads, sourcing and identifying potential clients, matching their requirements, managing their expectations, and working with them to develop new business opportunities. You will also need to demonstrate that you are highly self-motivated, articulate, engaging, charismatic and energetic. The perfect candidate may well have been a successful Estate Agent or Lettings Agent, who has an understanding of surveying so that they can hit the ground running. – The big advantage will also be that the hours are Monday to Friday and 9am to 6pm.
