Sir Geoffrey Leigh Academy (formerly The Leigh Academy) is a secondary school at the heart of the community. Our small school model ensures each student gets personal support and challenge to reach their potential. Being part of Leigh Academies Trust
As of 1st September 2024, our Trust comprises 33 academies (17 secondary, 14 primary, 2 special), educating over 24,000 students with 4,000 staff. 16 academies are rated “Outstanding” (53%).
