Job Title:General Site Coordinator

Pay rate/Salary: £13.21 p/h
Hours of Work: 06:00 - 14:00

Start Date: Immediately (flexible for notice periods)
We're looking for a proactive and reliable General Site Coordinator to join a busy logistics site in Coalville. This is a hands-on role where you'll be leading a small team while also getting involved in day-to-day warehouse operations.
Duties of a General Site Coordinator
You will be working as part of the Warehouse/Logistics Team and will be responsible for:
Supervising a team of 4-5 container unloaders
Overseeing warehouse administration tasks
Managing time and workloads effectively
Assisting the team with warehouse duties when required
Producing daily, weekly, and monthly reports
Liaising with senior management
Supporting other general logistics tasks as needed
Skills and experience of a General Site Coordinator
As a General Site Coordinator, you will need to have experience with:
Team leadership experience
Strong organisation & admin skills
Hands-on and reliable
Good communicator
Detail-focused and accurate
It would be beneficial to theGeneral Site Coordinator role if you also had:
Good communication skills, both written and verbal in English.
Access to reliable transport. The client's site is accessible via car, public transport, walking, or cycling.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being able to work independently.
Knowledge of health and safety practices within a warehouse environment.
Previous experience working in a fast-paced distribution centre.
