Position: Kitchen Designer and Sales Advisor
We are seeking an experienced individual to join our team and drive the development of our kitchen design and sales services. This is an exciting opportunity to build a career with the UK's leading independent builders’ merchant. The role requires working alternate Saturday mornings and holding a valid driving licence.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Guide customers through the full kitchen design and sales process.
2. Listen to customer needs and ensure their requirements are met.
3. Identify and recommend products best suited to customer needs.
4. Ensure customer satisfaction.
5. Proactively generate new business.
Qualifications and Skills
1. Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
2. Sound knowledge of kitchen products.
3. Experience with ArtiCAD software or similar.
4. Confidence in dealing with customers.
5. Ability to build strong customer relationships.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
