We would require you to have strong Autism experience as most of the students have mild moderate SEN and working high functionally. Behaviour Mentor | Job Details: Position: Behaviour Mentor Start Date: ASAP Location: Waltham Forest, East London Contract: Temp - Perm Hours: 08:30 - 15:00 Rate: £95 - £120 per day Benefits: Career progression, Around the clock consultants, £100 referral scheme Behaviour Mentor | Who We Look For: Sports or coaching background Psychology, Criminology degree Education Studies Youth Work, Young Offenders support worker Behaviour Mentor | Key Responsibilities: Work closely with classroom teachers and special education professionals to support students with challenging behaviour ranging from ASD and ADHD. Working in the inclusion unit within a Mainstream School. Implement behaviour intervention plans and strategies to address individual student needs. Collaborate with parents, teachers, and administrators to develop and implement effective solutions.
