We are seeking a BPA Senior Implementation Analyst to join our team at Alderley Park. This role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our mission of building financial resilience, moving fairly to a sustainable world, and strengthening the mutual choice for customers. You will be working on impactful projects that add significant value to our business unit.
About the Role:
* Lead or support the implementation of BPA transactions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design effective solutions.
* Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring successful execution.
* Provide technical expertise and support to stakeholders throughout the implementation process.
* Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions, making necessary adjustments.
* Document processes and provide training to end-users.
About You:
* Good understanding of defined benefit pensions.
* Experience with reviewing contracts and extracting information.
* Appreciation of operational challenges that arise from data migration.
* Experience of working with spreadsheet models.
* Able to chair meetings with a range of stakeholders.
* Experience of developing and reviewing project plans.
* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
