Payroll ExecutiveWe are searching for an experienced Payroll Executive

We are currently seeking a Payroll Executive to join our team in Chester. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team in a hybrid working capacity. You’ll make an impact by:

1. Ensuring accurate and timely payroll end-to-end production for various clients in accordance with statutory regulations within payroll deadlines and requirements
2. Servicing multiple clients as part of a team effort to deliver excellent service to our clients by actively engaging in Client Surveys, KAM and internal audits
3. Contributing to your team's growth by actively seeking new opportunities with your client base including HR services, People Manager and Hot Topic Items
4. Ensuring you have up to date knowledge of statutory and legislative regulations by attending in-house training courses
5. Generating payroll reports, P45s etc., using our in-house systems and Microsoft Excel
6. Submitting reports to HMRC via RTI
7. Managing client billing
8. Completing any other ad hoc duties as required

What we are looking for:

9. Practical experience of payroll calculations, deadlines & knowledge of UK legislation requirements
10. Strong numerical abilities & proven experience in MS Office, particularly Excel
11. Passion for excellent customer service and maintaining quality relationships
12. Knowledge of month end & year end returns
13. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal with individuals at all levels
14. Good organisation and prioritisation skills, ensuring stringent deadlines are met
15. Flexibility, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail
