As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle. You will win new business, build strong client relationships, and manage candidate sourcing.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
* Identify and win new clients through cold calling, networking, and market research
* Build long-term partnerships with clients and understand their hiring needs
* Negotiate terms of business and manage client accounts
Candidate Management
* Source and attract top talent via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and CRM
* Screen, interview, and assess candidates’ suitability for roles
* Manage candidates throughout the interview and onboarding process
* Deliver an excellent candidate experience from first contact to placement
Full 360 Management
* Meet and exceed KPIs and billing targets
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on the CRM
* Stay up-to-date with market trends in your niche (Cloud, Cyber, Data, etc.)
Required Skills & Experience:
* 1+ year in a recruitment consultant role is preferred, in addition anyone with previous experience in a 180 role is considered
* Proven track record of billing and meeting KPIs
* Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient
* Knowledge of the tech recruitment space is advantageous
