The role will be focusing on understanding high-level process maps and shaping the future-state operating model for Mid-Market Enterprise within Commercial Banking. The emphasis is on domain and market understanding rather than detailed process design, and the squad operates outside the VS model. The immediate priority is to define the overall strategy and roadmap, with technology rollout planned for next year.
