Who Were Looking For as a Sous Chef:
Proven experience as a Senior Chef de Partie/Sous Chef in a busy, quick service kiosk environment.
A passion for South East Asian cuisine (experience in this is a bonus!).
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Excellent understanding of food hygiene, health, and safety standards.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.
Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Team Development
Assist the Head Chef to manage, train, and inspire the kitchen team to deliver exceptional food.
Ensure a smooth, efficient kitchen operation while maintaining the highest standards of service and profitability.
Operational Excellence
Assisting the Head Chef in overseeing mise en place preparation and ensure dishes are cooked and presented to company standards.
Ensure all team members follow food hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
Manage stock, inventory, and cost control measures to maintain profitability.
Create and manage rotas to ensure consistent service.
Your Skills:
Excellent cooking skills and knowledge of various Southeast Asian cooking methods - stir-fry, steam, braise, grill, fried.
Skilled with wok and all other kitchen equipment and utensils.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.

If you love stir-frying with a wok and possess a flair for it, we want YOU on our team as a Sous Chef ! As our quick-service restaurant is Asian-influenced, you will ideally have experience working with Oriental styles of cooking, however, full training will be provided.
