What You Will Do Provide dedicated support on a six-month project reviewing CHC cases. Plan and participate in DST (Decision Support Tool) and MDT (Multi-Disciplinary Team) meetings. Collect key information from the Eclipse system, service providers, and families to inform decisions. Facilitate and record outcomes of DST meetings and manage any disputes or disagreements with the Integrated Care Board (ICB).
