As part of our Key Business Accounts team, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting and growing our SME customer base — helping businesses ship smarter, grow faster, and succeed with Evri. This is a fast-paced, commercially focused role where relationships, data, and performance all come together. What You’ll Do As an SME Key Account Manager, you’ll own and grow a portfolio of business customers, building strong relationships while driving revenue, retention, and profitability. The role is primarily phone-based, supported by occasional face-to-face meetings, and is ideal for someone who thrives in a target-driven environment.
