Job Title: Quantity Surveyor Location: Oxfordshire Salary: £55,000 Car Allowance Permanent: Hybrid working available The organisation designs and delivers sustainable, low‑carbon homes and offsite construction solutions, drawing on over five decades of expertise within a wider UK group of established timber and construction‑related businesses. This role supports the commercial management of projects ranging from small works to multi‑million‑pound schemes, ensuring strong financial control and contract compliance. It would suit a Quantity Surveyor with solid construction sector knowledge who is looking to progress and contribute to a collaborative commercial team. The position offers structured development, varied project work and the chance to support junior colleagues while helping maintain high customer satisfaction and commercial performance.
