Regional Sales Executive – Specialist Sports Lighting
📍 Territory: Yorkshire & M62 corridor (through to Manchester)
💷 Basic Salary: Up to £37,000
💰 OTE: Up to £15,000
🚗 Package: Company car or allowance, laptop, mobile, 22 days holiday + pension
The Opportunity
Are you a driven, energetic salesperson with a passion for sport?
* This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing British manufacturer of specialist sports lighting as they expand their sales team across the UK.
* As a Regional Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities within the sports and leisure sector — working with sports clubs, leisure centres, public sector facilities, and private schools. You’ll present high-performance lighting solutions that enhance sporting environments and support sustainability through innovative, energy-efficient technology.
* This is a new role in a growing division, offering huge scope for progression. You’ll be supported by strong technical, design, and marketing teams, giving you the tools to manage full project sales — from concept and proposal through to completion.

About You
We’re looking for someone with:
✅ Minimum 12 months’ sales experience (field or internal) – ideally new business focused
✅ Interest in sport, either through participation, coaching, or industry involvement
✅ Strong communication and presentation skills with a consultative sales approach
✅ Ability to manage projects, prepare proposals, and convert leads into orders
✅ Understanding of lighting, electrical, or technical solutions is advantageous (but not essential)
