Are you an experienced Senior Support Worker, Team Leader or Deputy looking for a leadership role with genuine progression?
We are recruiting for a Deputy Manager to support a specialist Children's Community Care and Short Breaks Service supporting children and young people with Autism, Learning Disabilities and complex behaviours across the Surrey area.
Working closely with the Registered Manager, you will support service delivery, staff development, safeguarding and quality while building strong relationships with families and professionals.
Based from the Croydon office, this is a hybrid role with a clear pathway into Registered Manager and senior operational leadership positions.

The Role
As a Deputy Manager, you will:
Lead and develop support staff
Complete assessments and care plans
Manage safeguarding and quality
Liaise with families and professionals
Support service growth and package mobilisation
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Experience supporting Autism and Learning Disabilities
Previous leadership or supervisory experience
Strong safeguarding knowledge
Full UK driving licence
Desirable
NVQ Level 3+ in Health & Social Care
Children's services, respite or community care experience
PBS, MAPA or Team Teach knowledge
Local authority partnership experience
