The successful candidate will handle a variety of administrative support tasks, greet and assist visitors and ensure the front desk runs smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities · Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner · Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently · Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries · Manage meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are presentable · Provide basic information to clients and visitors about the company · Maintain a clean and tidy reception area · Assist with general administrative tasks Required Skills and Qualifications: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong organisational skills
