Key Responsibilities
🛎️ Reception Duties
• Greet and assist patients at the reception desk with courtesy and efficiency
• Handle telephone enquiries professionally, recording accurate details and directing them appropriately

• Maintain and manage the appointments system
• Relay messages and home visit requests to relevant staff or GPs
đź’Š Prescription & Filing Support
• Process repeat prescription requests
• Maintain an organised and accurate filing system
đź§ą Environment & Safety
• Keep the reception area clean and welcoming
• Adhere to confidentiality protocols and Health & Safety regulations
📌 Additional Duties
• Undertake any other tasks as directed by the Practice Manager
