Job Description
3. Provide HR advice and support to managers and staff
4. Manage employee relations issues including disciplinary and grievances
5. Assist with the recruitment administration process
6. Manage HR-related documentation and record keeping - salaries, bonuses, probation periods, contracts etc
7. Support the ongoing development and maintenance of the Payroll system
8. Collate Payroll data for monthly processing
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Advisor should have:
9. Proven experience in an HR Advisor (or similar) role
10. Strong attention to detail to take ownership of all administration
11. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
12. A problem-solving approach with the ability to make sound decisions
13. The ability to operate in a developing HR function
