Hours: Monday to Friday: Shift Pattern 9 am-6 pm or 10 am-7 pm. One Saturday or Sunday per month. 9 am-5.30 pm or 10 am-4.30 pm. Day off in the week if working a weekend.

About The Role
A Prime Business Manager at DSG Finance plays a pivotal office-based sales role, acting as the key liaison between dealerships and their customers to ensure the smooth conversion of accepted credit applications into completed finance agreements. This role is central to the Prime team operations and focuses on managing the end-to-end payout process with dealers. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach, ensuring a smooth and efficient process from application to deal completion.
Key Responsibilities
* Conversion Management: Collaborate with underwriters to secure optimal finance terms and communicate directly with dealerships and customers to maximise conversion efficiency.
* Dealer Engagement: Proactively follow up on outstanding proposals, offer alternative solutions, and reaffirm dealership commitment to placing business with DSG.
* Documentation Handling: Issue accurate finance documentation, including both electronic and traditional ‘wet ink’ formats, ensuring all figures are pre-checked and customers are fully informed.
* Problem Resolution: Address dealership queries, resolve objections, and manage commission-related questions to ensure swift and effective deal completion.
* Compliance & Monitoring: Maintain adherence to compliance essentials through call monitoring and ensure all interactions are accurately recorded.

* Motor Finance Knowledge (SAF) – Desirable
