ESM Branding are on the look out for an experienced Order Manager to join the team!
ESM is a premier distributor of promotional merchandise and associated support services including storage and worldwide distribution. We supply anything with a logo on.
Principally, you’ll be supporting Account Directors looking after our wonderful clients. Day-to-day, you’ll be dealing with customers, suppliers, managing deliveries and generally helping to look after clients to a high level. You will take ownership of all orders to ensure they are completed to spec and delivered accurately and on time. Frankly, we need someone who knows how to get S done.
The ESM client roster consists of some of the best known brands in the world which demands an extremely high level of service.
Experience in merchandise would help. Attention to detail is also an absolute must. Knowledge of key suppliers within the promotional merchandise industry will give you a HUGE advantage over other candidates.
We are a relaxed bunch that love to keep our clients happy. This role is based out of our Amersham, Bucks office.
The following are essential requirements for this position:
* Experience (ideally 2+ years) within the promotional merchandise industry
* Highly-motivated with a positive, professional attitude
* Strong work ethic, and great attention to detail
* A people-person; friendly, trustworthy & reliable
* Proficiency with Apple/Mac
