About the Role:

Who We're Looking For:
* A junior-level candidate with an interest in maintenance and a strong desire to learn.
* Previous experience with welding, pipe repairs, or basic electrical work is a plus but not required.
* A hands-on, problem-solving attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintenance of Key Equipment: Assist with the maintenance of critical systems, including gas boilers and engines.
* General Maintenance: Support the upkeep of the facility and general infrastructure.
* Hands-On Work: Perform basic electrical tasks, welding, and pipe repairs.
* Facility Support: Ensure all buildings and infrastructure are kept in good condition.
What We Offer:
* A competitive salary of 25,000 - 30,000 per year.

* Five-day workweek, with working hours from 08:00 - 16:00 in winter and 05:00 - 14:00 in summer.
* Weekend cover may be required occasionally, with the rest of the team working Monday to Friday.
