What We Look for in a Sous Chef:
We seek an experienced Sous Chef or Senior CDP eager to advance, with leadership qualities and a passion for quality, fresh food in a welcoming environment. The successful candidate will:
* Champion excellent service through quality food
* Lead and develop a team effectively
* Be a hands-on chef with strong communication skills
* Manage kitchen staff rota, training, and health and safety protocols
* Collaborate with the Head Chef to design and deliver new dishes and specials
* Demonstrate strong planning and organizational skills to control GP and labor costs
* Drive sales and growth through engagement with kitchen and front-of-house teams
