Contribute to school productions, workshops, clubs, trips, and wider Performing Arts opportunities. Assess student progress and provide clear, constructive feedback to support improvement. Participate fully in the wider pastoral and cultural life of the school. The Ideal Candidate We are looking for a candidate who: Holds QTS or is currently completing teacher training and working towards QTS. Has a degree in Drama, Theatre Studies, Performing Arts, or a related subject. Demonstrates excellent subject knowledge and a genuine passion for Drama education. Can inspire young people through creative, engaging, and well-structured lessons. Is committed to supporting students’ personal development and academic achievement. Uses inclusive teaching strategies to encourage participation and confidence. Is reflective, enthusiastic, and keen to continue developing as a teacher.
