Are you passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of families and children, within the Early Years? Manor Green School is seeking a dedicated and motivated Family Support Worker to join our school to support setting up a Family Hub, working within RBWM, reporting to the Assistant Headteacher of First School.
Our Vision is to create a Family Hub for our Foundation Stage, which is a welcoming and inclusive space where families and school, work in true partnership to help every child thrive. To value parents as their child’s first educators and recognise that strong home–school relationships, clear communication and meaningful parent voice are central to success. By listening to families, sharing information openly and valuing parents’ knowledge of their children, we will shape learning that reflects individual strengths, interests and needs. We want to support families to create positive home learning environments through everyday talk, play and reading, ensuring children and families feel supported, confident and valued at home and at school.
