BAM Infrastructure is seeking an experienced and motivated Managing Quantity Surveyor to strengthen our team on a landmark civil engineering project the Eastern Green Link 2 (EGL2). This role will be based at our Wren Hall site in Drax, Selby.
EGL2 is a five-year initiative that will see the construction of a 525kV, 2GW high-voltage direct current (HVDC) subsea transmission cable, running from Peterhead, Scotland, to Drax, Selby, in England. Once complete, it will become the longest HVDC cable in the UK and the largest transmission project ever undertaken in the country, delivering enough renewable energy to power two million UK homes.
