We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Secretary/Transcriptionist to provide efficient and high-quality secretarial support to the Falkirk Integrated Community Mental Health Service – Adult Mental Health.
Key Responsibilities:
* Fast and accurate audio typing (digital dictation)
* Utilize electronic systems effectively
* Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
* Work across various locations within Forth Valley as required
Qualifications and Skills:
* Previous experience in a healthcare setting
* Knowledge of medical terminology and clinic management
* IT skills and relevant qualifications (e.g., HNC or equivalent)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
It is essential that applicants are able to work in various locations across Forth Valley. The post requires the successful candidate to complete a Level 2 Disclosure Scotland check.
