Job Description
🚀 This role will be suited to candidates within commuting distance of Bridgwater or willing to relocate, with support available.
You will join a two-year graduate programme embedded within live nuclear construction projects.
Your role supports site delivery, coordination, and construction management across critical project phases.
🏗️ Support day-to-day construction activities across a major nuclear site
📊 Assist with planning, scheduling, and monitoring construction progress
🛠️ Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and site management teams
📐 Support safe, compliant delivery of construction works on site
📁 Contribute to reporting, documentation, and site performance reviews
🔄 Engage in rotations to build broad construction management experience
Qualifications
🎓 Degree in Construction Management or closely related discipline
🏗️ Strong interest in large-scale construction site environments
📊 Basic understanding of construction planning and sequencing
🛠️ Willingness to learn from on-site delivery teams
🤝 Clear communication and teamwork skills
📍 Flexibility to travel or relocate within the UK
🧠 Proactive mindset with strong organisational skills
🔐 Ability to obtain UK security clearance
