Benefits Specialist – Fixed Term Contract
Salary: £50,000–£60,000 + Bonus Potential

We are currently partnering with a global organisation to recruit a Benefits Specialist for a fixed-term opportunity - they are therefore looking to speak with those who are immediately available, or on a shorter notice period. This is a fantastic chance to join a collaborative and high-performing HR team, supporting the day-to-day operations of the company’s benefits offering across the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide operational support for the administration and delivery of employee benefits across multiple countries within EMEA
* Act as a point of contact for benefits-related queries, ensuring timely and accurate resolution
* Liaise with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of benefit processes
* Maintain and update benefits data in relevant systems, ensuring compliance and accuracy
* Support annual benefits enrolment, audits, and reporting activities
* Assist in the implementation of new benefit programs and process improvements
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in a benefits or HR operations role, ideally within a global or regional remit
* Strong understanding of employee benefits administration and compliance
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Confident communicator with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
