We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our Brew & Bia team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in kitchen operations and a deep understanding of food preparation techniques. As a Chef, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional Brunch dishes, while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.
Responsibilities
* In charge of daily kitchen operations, ensuring all dishes are prepared to the highest standards.
* Assist in developing and designing innovative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
* Manage food preparation processes, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and quality.
* Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
* Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed to maintain stock.
* Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
* Assist in cost control measures to optimise kitchen efficiency without compromising quality.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a busy Kitchen or in a similar culinary role within the hospitality industry.
* Knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety practices, and kitchen management.
* Experience in food preparation, and presentation.
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with both kitchen and front-of-house teams.
* A passion for cooking and an eagerness to stay updated on culinary trends.
