Contracts Executive
Reports To: Head of Asset Management

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves detail, organisation, and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. As a Contracts Executive, you'll play a key role in keeping our property portfolio compliant, up-to-date, and running seamlessly. You'll work closely with a supportive Asset Management team, gain exposure to a wide range of contracts, and have the flexibility of part-time hours with only two office days a month.
We're looking for someone who enjoys variety - from onboarding new landlord and media owner agreements, to spotting key renewal dates, to making sure everything is properly documented and audit-ready. If you've got a sharp eye for detail and enjoy bringing structure to complex information, this role will give you the chance to really shine.
What you'll be doing
Managing the onboarding of landlord, media owner, and property-related contracts
Tracking key dates like renewals, expirations, and deliverables so nothing slips through the cracks
Collaborating with other departments to coordinate contract requirements
Reviewing, approving, and filing contracts in line with company policy
Monitoring compliance and raising any risks or concerns early
Supporting audits and legal reviews when needed
Helping to improve and streamline contract processes and record-keeping
Providing occasional admin support to the wider Asset Management team
What we're looking for
Experience in contract administration and working with databases
Confident with MS Excel and managing data
Detail-focused and accurate with strong organisational skills
Great communicator - both written and verbal
Comfortable managing your own workload and deadlines
Nice to have:
Familiarity with legal terms or basic contract law knowledge
