We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Office Administrator to join our team. Duties
* Provide general administrative support, including data entry and clerical tasks.
* Manage incoming phone calls and emails, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
* Assist in maintaining organised filing systems, both physical and digital.
* Utilise Microsoft Office create documents and spreadsheets.
* Process invoices and manage basic accounting tasks using Xero.
* Support team members with various projects as needed, ensuring deadlines are met.
* Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
* Assist in scheduling meetings and managing calendars for team members.
Qualifications
* Previous office experience is preferred but not essential; a willingness to learn is key.
* Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
* Basic understanding of Xero is advantageous but not essential.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Strong typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks.
* Good clerical experience that demonstrates an ability to handle administrative duties effectively.
