Innovative Partners are looking to expand their digital team by recruiting a Digital Marketing Apprentice! This apprentice will work towards an SCQF Level 7 qualification based in their Aberdeen office. Responsibilities: Develop and deliver marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, aligned with the company’s growth objectives. Create and manage content for social media, website, email marketing, and other communication platforms. Support the planning and execution of events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Work with external agencies, designers, and partners where required to deliver marketing collateral. Maintain and update the company’s CRM and mailing lists to support targeted communications. Assist in the development of case studies, client testimonials, and thought leadership pieces. Ensure all marketing materials align with the Innovative Partners’ brand, tone, and values.
