Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated English lessons to secondary students.
* Assess, track, and adapt learning to meet individual student needs.
* Support students in developing literacy, communication, and independence skills.
* Collaborate with therapists, teaching assistants, and wider staff within the school setting.
* Engage in multidisciplinary teamwork to provide comprehensive support for all learners.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Qualified English Teacher with QTS.
* Experience or a strong interest in SEN and autism education.
* Strong classroom management skills and a creative, inclusive teaching style.
* Passion for fostering confidence and progress through English.
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service.
