This is a great opportunity to join a growing business as an Accounts Assistant (Credit), supporting an experienced finance team with the credit control function. The Opportunity In this hands-on role, you'll help manage customer accounts, monitor payments, and maintain accurate records. You'll work closely with internal teams to support cashflow and ensure customer balances are managed efficiently making a visible impact within a collaborative finance environment. This is a busy, dynamic role with the opportunity to get involved in a variety of processes and functions with the wider finance team. Key Responsibilities Support credit control activities, including chasing aged debt Produce and process credit notes and invoices Carry out reconciliations and resolve account discrepancies Post invoices and update customer records accurately Assist with reporting and data administration Liaise with internal teams to ensure prompt issue resolution Support month-end activities as required What You'll Bring Previous experience in a finance or credit control environment Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Proficient in Excel and finance systems A proactive, organised approach with a team focus This a great opportunity to get stuck in with a busy organisation and take on a broad, varied role.
