Front of House Supervisor - Highcliffe Store
Duties:
- Liaise and have strong communication with the shop Manager. - Oversee and work in all front of house operations, including food production and coffee service.
- Ensure exceptional customer service at all times.
- Train and supervise front of house staff.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures for front of house operations.
- Manage inventory and ordering of supplies
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth coordination between the front and back of house
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized front of house area.
Qualifications and experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role, such as assistant manager or front of house supervisor.
* Strong leadership skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment.
* Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
* Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
Note: Experience in a catering setting is preferred.
