Responsibilities: We will have you act as our clients IT Manager, providing technical leadership and proactive development. We will have you develop and maintain IT policies across client environments. We will have you oversee and plan IT budgets for systems, hardware, software, and projects. We will have you manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes. We will have you monitor and manage the lifecycle of client hardware from procurement to replacement and decommissioning. We will have you maintain and test business continuity and disaster recovery plans. We will have you regularly review and manage access rights to ensure security and compliance. We will have you identify gaps in IT systems, processes, and security measures and provide actionable recommendations. We will have you plan and deliver cybersecurity awareness training to client teams. We will have you document client activity, site visits, and work performed in accurate site visit logs. We will have you maintain comprehensive, accurate, and up-to-date technical documentation. We will have you ensure client data is protected, backed up, and compliant with relevant security standards. We will have you maintain and update documentation, technical procedures, and system knowledge. We will have you coordinate with third-party vendors and other technical suppliers. We will have you undertake IT projects, upgrades, and new system installations with proper planning, rollback procedures, and approval. We will have you provide training, support, and guidance to client teams, ensuring prompt issue resolution.
