Location: Northampton, NN3 Hourly Rate: £17.00 per hour Shift Pattern: Monday to Thursday: 7:00am – 3:30pm, Friday: 7:00am – 3:00pm Key Responsibilities Carry out TIG welding on stainless steel and other materials (light and medium gauge). Work with material thicknesses typically between 1.2mm – 3.0mm. Read and interpret engineering drawings with accuracy. Perform fabrication tasks, including forming, grinding, and finishing. Support projects through to completion, working alongside CAD designers, CNC machinists, and assembly teams. Ensure your work meets tight tolerances and high customer standards. What We’re Looking For Previous TIG welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication setting. Ability to work from engineering drawings and complete jobs to a high standard. Confident in using workshop tools and finishing equipment. Reliable, self motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
