Job Responsibilities
* Carry out regular cleaning of welfare facilities, including:Toilets, washrooms, and showers
* Canteens and kitchenettes
* Offices, meeting rooms, and corridors
* Drying rooms and changing areas
* Empty bins and manage waste disposal in line with site procedures.
* Replenish supplies (soap, hand towels, toilet rolls, sanitiser, etc.).
* Ensure welfare areas are kept tidy, safe, and compliant with health and safety standards.
* Report any damages, defects, or maintenance needs to the site supervisor.
* Support general housekeeping duties across site where required.
* Work collaboratively with other labourers and contractors to maintain safe working conditions.
* Follow all health, safety, and security protocols.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in cleaning, welfare, or facilities support (construction site experience desirable).
* CSCS card (Labourer) or willingness to obtain prior to start.
Experience
* Strong awareness of health, safety, and hygiene practices.
* Ability to work independently with good attention to detail.
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
* Good communication skills
