Martin & Co are one of the leading letting and estate agents in Newark and are looking for an enthusiastic sales and lettings co-ordinator to join the very busy team.
You will be responsible for managing enquiries from potential vendors, buyers, landlords and tenants, undertaking viewings and providing feedback and ensuring that marketing information is up to date.
You will also be required to carry out inspections and property check outs and arrange maintenance.
Experience of the property market is not essential as training will be provided. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a flexible approach and the ability to work well under pressure alone and in a team. A full clean UK driving licence is required as a pool car is provided.
The post involves working Saturday with a day off in the week and will also require the successful applicant to cover in our Grantham office on an ad hoc basis.
