We're partnering with a leading pharmaceutical company to hire a Medical Associate Coordinator to support their Medical Affairs team within Cardio Metabolic Health (diabetes & obesity). This role offers broad exposure to medical operations, medical materials, compliance processes, metrics, and cross-functional collaboration in a highly regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate creation, update, and approval of medical materials across internal systems and lifecycle tools
Support medical meetings, educational activities, and symposia with strong operational and compliance oversight
Collaborate cross-functionally (Medical Affairs, EMS, E&C, Omnichannel, Finance, agencies) to enable medical initiatives
Collate and present metrics and data in a clear, user-friendly format
Maintain medical repositories, documentation, version control, and audit readiness
Requirements
Life sciences/biological sciences degree (2:1 or above)
Awareness or understanding of Veeva Promomats
Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
Good Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and analytical mindset
Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
