Assistant Payroll Officer
Our client is a leading independent school for girls and boys aged 13 to 18. Their focus is on encouraging academic excellence, personal growth, and all-round achievement, providing outstanding pastoral care. It is a vibrant hub of activity with pupils participating in a wide range of co-curricular activities that support their individual academic programmes.
The Finance team supports these efforts by providing expert advice and guidance to staff and the wider school community. They are now seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Payroll Officer to join their established team. This role is ideally suited to a self-motivated individual capable of working in a fast-paced, busy environment. The candidate should have experience in a similar role and good attention to detail. Working closely with other departments, the successful candidate will collaborate with the Payroll Officer and report to the Head of Operational Finance.
This is a fixed-term contract for 12 months.

This position involves minimal contact with children and the post holder will not be responsible for children. The role is considered to be in regulated activity.
