Compensation:
* Competitive Pay: This full-time, onsite position offers a competitive salary ranging from £70,000 to £120,000.
* Work Schedule: You will work a consistent and predictable schedule, with onsite hours from 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday, and occasional shifts outside of that hour block when necessary to support the Mission. This in-office position ensures you are always at the heart of operations, collaborating closely with your team.

WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY BE DOING:
As an System Support Representative, you will immerse yourself in maintaining and supporting mission planning systems at RAF Lakenheath. You will oversee base and unit computers, peripheral equipment, and mission planning software, ensuring everything runs seamlessly to support vital operations. Your day will involve diagnosing and resolving a range of hardware, software, system, and network issues within the planning environment. Additionally, you will manage and optimize planning data, including maps, charts, and mission-related databases, ensuring the highest levels of accuracy and efficiency for ongoing missions.
SYSTEM SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE REQUIREMENTS:
* U.S. citizen (candidates must not hold dual citizenship)
* Active Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) security clearance
* Full-scope SSR (Special Security Representative) support capability
Preferred:
* 2+ years of IT experience, or a qualifying college degree in Information Technology
* Experience supporting F-15E (CV) operations
