Our client is seeking an enthusiastic IT & Communications Support Technician to be the go-to tech expert for their regional offices. You’ll be the first point of contact for IT support, resolving a wide range of technical issues and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. With a strong focus on Microsoft 365 and cloud technologies, you’ll play a key role in maintaining a secure and efficient IT environment.

What You’ll Do:
1. Provide hands-on desktop support and manage ticket queues
2. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
3. Support and maintain Microsoft 365 and Windows environments
4. Handle device deployment, user onboarding/offboarding, and mobile management
5. Collaborate with third-party vendors and internal teams
6. Champion a security-first mindset in all tasks
What You’ll Bring:
1. Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, Active Directory
2. Strong communication and organisational skills
3. A self-motivated, can-do attitude with a passion for learning
4. Basic networking knowledge and familiarity with Apple iOS
