About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organised and tech-savvy Contract Manager to manage our subcontractor network and app-based supply chain system. This is afull-function rolecovering everything from onboarding new suppliers, assigning and auditing work, to invoicing.
You will be managing adiverse range of subcontractors, from one-man bands to large limited companies, ensuring all work meets Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The role ishigh-volume and fast-paced, predominantly in social housing repairs (approx. 80% of orders), with average values up to £500, and occasional larger projects up to £25,000.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deploy and manage work for subcontractors at high volume using our app-based supply chain system.
2. Scope repairs and assign works using standard coding practices.
3. Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and manage invoicing for subcontractor work.
4. Onboard and train new suppliers on the app system, ensuring they can efficiently process, report, and complete work.
5. Monitor and audit subcontractor performance to ensure SLA and KPI compliance.
