📍 Birchwood | Full-Time | up to £28,000 + Monthly Bonus (post successful probation period)
🕒 Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm | No weekends

🏡 About the Role
We're looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join a strong, supportive team, providing exceptional service to customers across the Northwest region. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is proactive, organised, and passionate about delivering a great customer experience.
You'll be the key point of contact for homeowners, managing your own portfolio of up to 150 plots once trained. You'll receive in depth comprehensive training, including access to academy-led development and clear career progression opportunities.
🔧 What You'll Be Doing
Staying on top of deadlines and proactively checking in with customers at agreed touchpoints across their journey with you personally
Managing your own workload and timelines, with regular video calls to update wider team, running daily and monthly reports
Responding to incoming communications from homeowners in accordance with company guidelines
Issuing works orders to maintenance operatives, logging jobs and chasing sub-contractors and monitoring progress through to completion
Handling customer queries inbound and outbound via phone and email- you'll be someone who's confident picking up the phone
Following up on customer satisfaction surveys and promoting feedback
Liaising with other departments and answering internal queries or ad-hoc administration duties
Supporting the wider team and wearing different hats as needed-no two days are the same!
