We are recruiting a Senior Design Engineer to join a leading provider of scaffolding and temporary works solutions. This role is ideal for an experienced engineer looking to take a hands-on lead in delivering innovative designs, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring projects meet all technical and safety standards. Key Responsibilities * Lead the design and verification of scaffolding, temporary works, and structural support systems. * Produce detailed engineering drawings, calculations, and technical documentation. * Mentor and supervise junior engineers and design technicians. * Collaborate with project teams to deliver safe, practical, and cost-effective solutions. * Conduct site visits to assess conditions and provide technical support. * Review and approve engineering calculations, risk assessments, and method statements. * Ensure compliance with TG20, BS5975, CDM regulations, and other standards. * Identify process improvements and contribute to business development initiatives.
